Online requests send a message to our front desk.  You will receive an acknowledgment email that your request was sent. NOTHING IS CONFIRMED UNTIL WE CONTACT YOU with a final confirmation email! 
 
Actual Therapist assignment is based on availability and alignment with the client's needs.  We will make every effort to match you up with the practitioner you select.
If your preferred time appears unavailable, please call us at 707-657-7723 to check for last-minute cancellations.

Please keep in mind that other clients are turned away to preserve your time.  No-Shows are responsible for the full cost of the time reserved.  We have a 24-hour policy.  Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 1/2 price charge.
